Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Praxia (mypraxia.app, the “Service”), operated by Tiago Tavares, an independent operator based in Portugal (“Praxia”, “we”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Praxia is an AI-powered coaching workspace that helps football coaches plan seasons, manage squads, build training sessions, and generate reports. The Service is currently in private alpha — features, and the AI recommendations themselves, are still evolving.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for anything that happens under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure.
• If you invite teammates to your team, you're responsible for making sure they're also bound by these Terms.

3. Plans, billing and the free trial

Praxia offers Free, Coach Pro, Staff and Club plans — see our Pricing page for current pricing and what each plan includes. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial the first time your team subscribes; no card is required to start it. If you don't add a payment method before the trial ends, your team returns to the Free plan.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and processed by Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription, which opens Stripe's billing portal. Cancelling stops future billing; we don't provide refunds for the remainder of a billing period already paid for, except where required by law.

4. Your data

Your football data — squad, season, Coach DNA, plans, sessions, reports — belongs to you. We only process it to provide you the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, and for having the right to enter any player data you add (e.g. consent from the player or their guardian, where your club or federation requires it).

5. AI recommendations

Praxia's AI recommendations — weekly plans, session suggestions, report drafts — are generated from the data you've provided and are meant to support your decisions, not replace them. They can be wrong or not fit your situation. You're always in control: review, edit, or discard any AI-generated content before relying on it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to infringe someone else's rights.
• Attempt to access another team's data without authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our permission.
• Interfere with the Service's normal operation or security.

7. Intellectual property

Praxia — the software, design, and branding — is our property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use it for your own coaching activities while your subscription is active. Your football data stays yours; you can export it and take it with you at any time.

8. Termination

You can stop using Praxia and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or that we reasonably believe put the Service or other users at risk.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Praxia is a planning and support tool — final coaching, medical, and safety decisions for your players are always yours to make. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and let you know by email if a change is material.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
